Fresh PRAWNS Pickle is made from freshly caught Prawns from the coast of Alibag in Arabian sea near Mumbai. It is cleaned by removing shell and thread. It has high protein content. It is served along with the meal & can be eaten with plain rice or roti. It is entirely homemade and prepared in small batches. We use good quantity of about 40% of whole fresh prawns in our preparation.
