The main season for the availability of Bombay duck is monsoon time (August – September), also found rest of the year and during that period it is sundried and preserved, dried Bombay duck is rich in protein. It has about <strong>60% protein content</strong> (60g protein from 100g Bombay duck). Bombay duck is also rich in <strong>omega 3 fatty acids</strong>.</p>
