Dry Bombay Duck Pickle is made from freshly caught Bombay duck which are sundried and then used after removing head, tail and even after cleaning stomach. Whole Bombay duck is cut into small pieces before being used in the pickle preparation. It has high protein content. It is served along with the meal & can be eaten with plain rice or roti. It is entirely homemade. We do use large portion of Bombay duck in our preparation.
