Refund Policy

For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item you purchased is defective, broken, or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at +91 8087550333 with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the proof of defect we will issue a replacement item free of charge or issue a refund upon your request within a reasonable period of time.

Item Shipping. All orders are prepared and shipped within 2-4 business days. This depends on the inventory level, because all our products are made in small batches and sometimes on demand. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with a tracking code is sent to the customer.

Delivery Time. The delivery time depends on each product. Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered within a span of 2-8 days unless there are any last minute hurdles while shipping.

Delivery time is stated in calendar days. The delivery time may be longer than stated during the high season and (national) holidays. Fofizon does not take the responsibility for the delivery delays that happen due to third-party services.
